INSURANCE COLLABORATION & CLAIM

Our company not only relies on on-board charges to passengers but actually has very good collaboration with all major insurance companies worldwide, in place to be able to activate passenger insurances for all nationalities and collect from the individual insurance claim department directly. The result is, that the passengers only pay for their policy deductible and all other work and money collection is taken care for them by our insurance claim department. Additionally our department will handle costs for emergency evacuation services by helicopters, in order to be covered from patient’s insurance company and NOT by shipping company!
